Tanana Valley Clinic has been providing health care in Fairbanks and the surrounding communities since 1959. Our team of Physicians are specialists in the private practice of medicine. Their goal is to provide to you and your family the highest possible standard of comprehensive medical and surgical care. The clinic provides state of the art Imaging services, including MRI, two X-Ray Units, Mammography, Bone Density Scanning, Computerized Tomography or CT, and Ultrasound. In addition a completely equipped Laboratory staffed by certified Laboratory technicians.
For over 45 years Tanana Valley Clinic has provided state of the art medical services to the Fairbanks community and interior Alaska. The 1st Care expands those services, offering patients comprehensive care from 8 am to 8 pm Sunday thru Saturday. We believe that 1st Care provides needed medical services to the community. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis, usually with a minimal wait, which is a great convenience to workers or parents with school age children who wish to be seen after hours or on weekends. In addition to 1st Care, The facility offers state of the art radiology services including a new GE Lightspeed Ultra 16 channel computed tomography, Hologic DEXA unit, Sahara Heel Scan, Lorad M IV mammography unit, GE Silhouette VR x-ray, and Philips ATL 5000 ultrasonography.
